The cylinders in showcases were displayed at the Holešovice train station.
I spent a long time in the garden near the exhibition space called Project Plus. I meditated there and tried to listen. I don't see nature as an opponent or object, but as a partner. And with this partner, I try to engage in a dialogue. The messages I took from this dialogue were depicted on these cylinders. I used a technique known as a photogram.
PHOTOGRAM:
It is an artistic photographic technique that is performed without the use of a photographic optical device, such as a camera. However, the development of the photogram, the shadow image, is the same as with photographs. It requires the use of a darkroom, where an unexposed photographic paper or other light-sensitive material is placed under an enlarger or other light source. After the process of exposure, development, and fixing, a play of patterns and shadows emerges against a dark background. The level of sharpness depends on the duration of exposure and the translucency of the objects used.
